Exchange and Return Policy
At Fatima Zai, we are committed to enhancing your shopping experience and ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We’ve designed our exchange and return policy to be convenient, easy, and hassle-free.
Returns Policy
We accept returns or exchanges if the product is incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged within 3 days after delivery. However, please note the following conditions:
- We cannot process returns or exchanges for products that have been stitched.
- The color or texture of the final item may vary slightly from what is seen on the screen due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting during photoshoots.
- Items that have been washed, dried, damaged, or stained cannot be exchanged, including those damaged or shrunk in a dryer.
- We are responsible for the print design and damages.
- Shipping costs (both ways) for non-damaged items will be borne by the customer, except for the wrong merchandise.
- Sale and discount section items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not exchangeable.
- We do not offer monetary refunds. Customers can choose between exchanging the product within 03 days or receiving store credit for future purchases.
- Fatima Zai reserves the right to reject return requests for misuse of our returns policy or products received with missing tags and components.
- We reserve the right to update our Exchange and Return Policy without prior notice.
Order Cancellation
Paid or custom stitch product orders cannot be canceled once shipped or sent for stitching. The Exchange and Return Policy applies to order cancellations in such cases. Fatima Zai may cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as delivered, unworn, unwashed, and without flaws.
- The product must include the original tags and packaging.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
- Discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Pre-booking orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Formal/Chiffon Collection items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipment Method for Return or Exchange
After creating your return request, our customer care team will guide you on shipping the product/item back to its origin. You can either drop it off at the nearest collection point or wait for our pick-up service, if available in your area. Return shipments may take 3 – 4 working days to reach the origin.
Refunds or Exchange Policy
Once we receive your item at our facility, we will inspect it and inform you about the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours to your preferred payment method. Exchange shipments will follow our standard delivery times (3 to 5 business days) and will be of equal value to your original order.
